ECNL Regional League Overview:
The Napa United ECNL Regional League program is for players of the highest commitment who are looking to reach their maximum potential in a challenging & player-centered environment. Beginning in the 2026-27 season, our U13-U19 teams will compete in the ECNL Regional League Girls – NorCal Premier division, a top-tier platform that delivers year-round competition against elite clubs across Northern California and a clear pathway to ECNL Girls.
All ECNL-RL teams will have access to a 4 days per week practice model. Teams will participate in the best competitions including ECNL-RL fall & spring seasons, state cup & elite level showcase tournaments. The program aims to mirror the player development model of the top professional academies around the world. Each ECNL-RL team will have a USSF or UEFA Licensed coach to provide the highest level experience and trainings.

-Offering U13–U19 girls teams in the ECNL Regional League Girls – NorCal Premier division, the top tier of NorCal Premier Soccer competition
-Our ECNL-RL teams play at the highest levels across NorCal, including ECNL-RL fall & spring league seasons, state cup, and top tournaments within California and across the country

NATIONAL PREMIER LEAGUES - NPL
The National Premier Leagues (NPL) is a national competition platform created to elevate and change the competitive youth soccer landscape by:
-Extending developmental principles espoused by U.S. Soccer into more age groups and clubs
-Linking competition with player development and identification platforms
-Providing meaningful weekly competition culminating in a national postseason -

NORCAL STATE CUP
The NorCal State Cup has become the premier soccer event for youth soccer teams in Northern California. This unique competition is a combination of both league-style and tournament-style play.
State Cup has 4 levels (divisions) of play: State/Premier, Gold, Sliver and Bronze for the U9-U10 age group.
There are 5 levels(divisions) of play for the U11-U13 age group: State/Premier, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
